Leisure Living offered multiple cottage designs. Clinton Roche originally owned this cottage, located on Leisure Lane, Lot #4.
Roche became the President of the Frye Island Corporation. He later was involved in Frye Island, Inc. when Leisure Living filed fpr bankruptcy.
